These terms govern the use of Wave Vzla. By installing and using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of them, you must not use the app.

Wave Vzla is an exchange-rate app for Venezuela (BCV, USDT and EUR) with a news feed. Rate information comes from public sources and is provided without any guarantee of absolute accuracy.
Wave Vzla is not an exchange house or a financial intermediary. It does not process payments, does not hold funds and does not provide financial, legal or investment advice.
Wave Vzla is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.

The app is funded by non-intrusive ads. Some are rewarded videos that users choose to watch voluntarily in exchange for temporary benefits, such as premium rates.
Watching a rewarded ad is not a purchase. Nitro benefits are temporary, subject to availability and validated and limited by the Wave Vzla backend. The user's device must not be trusted as the sole proof of a reward.
Google AdMob may process information needed to deliver and measure ads. In regions where consent is required, options are managed through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), in line with the Privacy Policy.
To operate, measure stability and improve Wave Vzla, the app uses Firebase Analytics. By accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy you agree that Analytics turns on automatically after you accept the welcome screen and while you use the app.
This collection is part of the conditions of use and cannot be disabled from Settings. We do not send Analytics specific rate values, feed content, names, emails or the technical reactions identifier as event parameters.
Displayed rates are references and may change, be delayed or differ from a price available in a specific market. Always verify with the official source before trading.
We are not responsible for losses, decisions or damages arising from using the app's information for real financial transactions. Wave Vzla does not intermediate operations or guarantee the availability, continuity or absolute accuracy of external sources.
We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms when the app, the providers or legal obligations change.
The update date will be shown at the top. We will notify you about important changes through the app when reasonably possible.
For questions, reports, requests related to these terms or data deletion, write to privacy@aureliawave.com stating that the request concerns Wave Vzla. Privacy requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
